iGEM™- intelligent Gamma Energy Measurement
Portable High Resolution, CZT Sensor Module

The iGEM™ is a Portable eV-CZT™ Spectrometer “Engine” designed for handheld instruments for Homeland Security and Laboratory Research. The iGEM™ includes an eV-CZT™ detector crystal, Low Power ASIC (Preamp/Shaper), 12bit A/D (MCA) and a Microprocessor.

Radiation Detector

The CAPture™ Plus is an ideal gamma-ray spectrometer for portable instrumentation. Standard CdZnTe size is 10mm x 10mm x 5mm and packaged in 15 x 15 x 15mm housing. The CAPture™ Plus is designed for easy installation into a low power, portable Isotope Identification systems-Spectroscopic Personal Radiation Detectors (SPRDs).

Coupling our CAPture™ Plus detector with our ASICs provides the optimal gamma sensing engine for any remote gamma-ray sensing and identifying application.

The Dept. of Homeland Security awarded more funding to Lawrence Livermore National Lab (LLNL).
