International Orders – Additional Instructions

A handling fee of $250 is required on all international orders.

A signed copy of the eV PRODUCTS End Use Certificate (EUC) is also required to enable eV PRODUCTS to assure that the order is in compliance with US export control regulations. This EUC must also be completed for domestic orders intended for export. eV PRODUCTS will review orders against US export control regulations, and reserves the right to reject any order that we conclude has the potential to be non-compliant with these regulations.

Terms and Conditions

eV PRODUCTS is a wholly owned division of II-VI Incorporated. As such, II-VI standard Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all product manufactured by eV PRODUCTS. A copy of this document can be obtained by submitting a request via the “Information Request” page on this website. Certain of these terms are summarized here for the convenience of the customer.

Pricing

The Promotional pricing applies only to the exact detectors listed on the eV Current inventory page. Standard pricing will be extended for all other products. Pricing extended online is valid only while posted.

Product Availability

Items listed on the eV Current inventory page are in finished goods inventory and will ship within 2 business days of receipt of completed ordering information and documentation. Items on this page are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the time stamp from our fax machine determining priority of orders.

Payment

Payment terms are credit card in-advance, cash-in-advance, or Net 30 (pending submission of credit references and approval from eV PRODUCTS).

Shipment

Shipment terms are FOB Saxonburg, PA. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

Preferred shipping method to be specified by the customer. In the event the customer does not specify a shipping method, eV PRODUCTS will ship product via our standard carrier with prepay & add to order.

Warranty

eV PRODUCTS warrants to the original purchaser that each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from shipment date of product.

Privacy

It is II-VI policy that all customer information remains private. We do not sell our customer lists or any information relating to it.
