The eValuator-2000 is the world’s first solid-state linear array X-ray and Gamma ray sensor designed specifically for fill height inspection. The solid-state detector technology, Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT), provides a significant efficiency advantage over conventional scintillation-based detectors. This full-feature product offers the added advantage of onboard microcontroller allowing true “real time” operation with full 64-channel flat field correction and temperature compensation. 

When configured in an array, CZT detectors enable improved accuracy in determination of fill level, particularly for demanding applications with obstructions (i.e. glass emboss or pump assembly) in the packaging at the fill level.

The eValuator-2000 Users Software kit was developed to provide a feature rich application platform for the eValuator-2000 linear X-ray detector. The application software provides access to all features and programmable options of the eValuator-2000.

When combined with an X-ray tube and translation stage the eValuator-2000 Users Software can turn any PC into a powerful X-ray and Gamma Ray imaging station.

By utilizing eV-CZT™ detectors superior spectroscopic response, high quality energy discriminating images can be easily acquired.
