Today, eV PRODUCTS Crystal Growth Operation represents the largest facility dedicated to Cadmium Zinc Telluride (Cd_(1-x)Zn_xTe) semiconductor crystals in the world. We rely on our expert scientific team, and over 35 years of crystal growth experience with II-VI compounds, to offer a wide selection of (Cd_(1-x)Zn_xTe) and ZnTe materials for a broad range of applications. The crystalline and electrical properties of the materials are carefully controlled and tailored for specific applications, including x-ray and gamma ray applications, Terahertz imaging and spectroscopy, electro-optical and photo refractive applications.
